US online retail juggernaut Amazon has launched its Australian website overnight. The local version of Amazon covers a dozen broad categories, from sports and fitness to home improvement, clothing to toys, movies and games to electronics, and a bunch more.

It also appears that Amazon has Christmas shoppers in its crosshairs, with free 3-7 days shipping for orders over $49.

A quick search of the games section has turned over a small variety of bargains, including brand-new games like FIFA 18 for $39, Call of Duty: WWII for $49, and Assassins Creed Origins for $49.

You can also pick up a Nintendo Switch for $399 and a Minecraft edition Xbox One S for $319, which are both currently cheaper than elsewhere. Theres also a Logitech G29 racing wheel listed for the absolutely absurdly low price of $71.81 but its out of stock already.
