How to Complete Fortnite Week 8 Challenges: Dance Floors, Three Boat Locations

From IGN - April 12, 2018

Weekly challenges have been added to Season 3 of Fortnite Battle Royale and this page shows you how to complete and unlock all the Week 8 challenges. These challenges were released on April 12 and grant you 4000XP for completing them.

EditUse a Vending Machine

Use one of the new vending machines. For those that do not know, several vending machines have appeared across the map that allow players to trade in material for various goods. Each vending machine will have three items on sale, each asking for a different material type. The rarity of all three items will always be the same.

Use our map to pinpoint the location of all the vending machines.

Not a fan of the vending machine? Get this challenge over with by spotting a vending machine selling a common variety of weapons. This will net you 200 materials of your choice, but it will complete the objective!

EditDeal damage with Explosive Weapons to opponents

Deal 500 damage to opponents using explosive weapons. Any of these weapons will do the trick:

For the grenades, remember that you can hold down the right mouse button to see a path of where it will go. These are great for throwing into forts or through windows!

EditSearch Chests in Snobby Shores

Open seven chests in Snobby Shores, the small row of extravagant houses on the west side of the map. Although a good amount of chests were removed from this location in a recent update, this little neighborhood features a lot of great loot spawns and a number of chests.

Use our map for a look at all the chest locations.

In the first house, the south most one, do not forget to check the underground bunker. You can find the entrance in the bedroom behind a wardrobe or you can simply break through the floor to get down. There are two chest spawns down there.
